Primary guest renting must stay at the property each night of the reserved dates. Notes - The wifi is very fast but it is beach wifi and it could not work at all at times. It is not 100% reliable. Most cell carriers will be spotty at best and likely won't work at all. Sand gets everywhere. It's likely you'll find little pieces of sand in the home even when it is freshly cleaned. Sand just has a way of doing that. We’re excited for you to enjoy the pool during your stay! Please note that the pool heater can warm the water up to 15 degrees above the current air temperature. This means on colder days, the water may not reach the typical swimming temperature. Items Left Behind: There will be a $50 shipping and handling fee per item for any item left behind that you wish to be returned. We will provide a tracking number within 3 days of receipt of the fee.
